Guild Policies and Rules

Read and be aware.

***All rules are subject to change under special circumstances or under the joint decision of all officers***

General Rules:

  1. Drama of any kind WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
  2. You are expected to be respectful and courteous to all guildies.
  3. You are expected to maintain a respectful attitude towards other guilds, both horde and alliance. This does not mean that you can't gank horde for hours, this means that you cannot go haywire on the realm forums making yourself look like a fool.
  4. Be happy, and enjoy your time here. If you aren't happy, come talk to one of the officers or GM about any concerns you may have.
  5. Always base ANY decisions you make on what could benefit the guild the most.

Raiding Policies:

  1. Raid times are from 8:30pm EST - 1:00am EST, Sunday - Thursday. All trials are required to maintain 90% attendance, raiders are to maintain 80%.
  2. Full consumables must be used on all content, whether they are provided by the bank or not, unless specified otherwise.
  3. You are expected to show up and perform your best no matter what we are raiding.
  4. New content and PTR raids will be extremely valued, and could yield more DKP than farmed content.
  5. People make mistakes every raid, and you will too. If you are called out for making a mistake, analyze what you did wrong, fix it, and perform better. Sometimes people will be called out for mistakes they didn't make; its inevitable. Do not blow up and scream about how it was your neighbor who wiped the raid, address it calmly to the raid leader and it will be reviewed.
  6. All raiders are expected to post an LOA when they cannot make a raid (Preferably a day in advance if not a few hours).

DKP:

  1. A zero-sum, attendance-based DKP will be used. Show up on time for all raids, and you will be rewarded.
  2. When items drop, you can bid with 1 of 3 methods described below:
    1. Primary: An upgrade for your raiding set. Costs 100% of the items value, and will override Offspec and Secondary.
    2. Offspec: An upgrade for an offspec that may be beneficial to future raids. Costs a negligible amount of DKP, and will override Secondary bids. (Pre-determined Offspecs for raiders will be decided in advance by the officers.)
    3. Secondary: An item you would like to use outside of raids. Costs 25% of the item's value.
  3. Raiders and above will win loot over trials unless otherwise specified.
  4. The main tank will be loot prioritized, meaning they will get any upgrade that drops regardless of their DKP. The decision whether to loot prioritize other tanks, will be determined by the officers.
  5. Legendaries will not be awarded based on DKP. All officers will meet to decide who deserves it the most, and if an officer involved is someone who might win it, they will be removed from the discussion.
