I have been on this guild's case for the last 2 weeks driving one thought into their heads: Maximizing Raid DPS.  Tonight we went into Naxx with 6 healers aiming for fantastic results and ended up with 4 top 50 world parses.

Anub'rekhan, Razuvious, Loatheb, and of course Patchwerk.

We're back into the raiding scene, and aren't very impressed with the difficulty of the entry level dungeons.  Nevertheless we had a lot of fun exploring Naxx 2.0, and look forward to Malygos and the future 25-mans Blizzard is going to release.

A TG warrior whose DPS gear span's 4 tiers and is no longer allowed to spec prot anymore and now has 2 out of the 3 Apolyon's on the server.

AKA:

Atleast for putting up with the server lag and downtime we at least get good drops. I'll never forget our first 6 Illidan kills or so before we came here all we got was that piece of shit cloak. I'm glad that curse hasn't followed us here.

It's been a long time since we've seen M'uru, and no matter how many nerfs this boss has taken, we will always remember the struggle we put forth in his hardest form.

After attempting KJ for no more than 3 hours, we walked away with him at 12% knowing that tomorrow we will finish we what started when we bought TBC 1.5 years ago.  I am proud of all the members of this guild, old and new, and love being a part of every raid with these classy people.

Started with 8 people.  Didn't even have enough to sign a guild charter.  Took us a week to even think of a name for the guild.  Along the way, we picked up titan after titan and added them to our raiding roster, and set the goal to kill Illidan before WOTLK came out.  I have seen members of this guild perform beyond expectations that I wouldn't have set for any group of raiders, examples include killing vashj with 10 pugs in T4, doing timed ZAs in T5 while smashing the timer, and never spending more than 1 night killing any boss.  Besides the talent and effort all of these raiders put into getting this kill, the commitment goes far beyond pushing buttons and reading boss mods.  The people who were here before we had enough to form a ZA group, who waited patiently 30 minutes after the raid times were supposed to start while i pugged 40% of the raid and didn't complain once, the people who had to double and triple some people's dps in T4 just so we could stand a chance to kill bosses, while wearing max consumables when they didn't have a dime to their name, this kill is for you guys.

Ok enough of my tear-jerking bullshit.  3.0 or not, sit the fuck down illidan, and thanks for the warglaive, noob.  We'll expect another one next week.

Making all these news posts is getting to be a routine, but as more bosses keep dying, the more posts you will continue to see.  We walked into Hyjal again tonight with a non-ideal raid composition and plenty of people who have never seen Archimonde, and downed him in a few hours.  In addition to that, we trotted into timed za and picked up our first bear for Shockwave, slowing our pace towards the end, and still leaving plenty of time left on the timer.

What is there left to prove before WOTLK?  Not much in our eyes.  Hearts of Darkness are currently our biggest cockblock, so until we stock up on them, we're sitting ducks.  If we get enough to slay Shahraz and the rest of BT in these last few weeks, that will be awesome.  However, if it doesn't happen, we consider our reroll guild 100% alive and ready to take on the challenges that await us in the expansion.

Awesome job tonight guys. Things are really starting to shape up. I for one have to say I'm very glad to be apart of this guild and it's great to enjoy raiding again for a change.

AMG [Ashes of Al'ar]

I am the first one to tell you that I have confidence in my guild's ability to focus, perform, and defy odds, but even I could not have predicted the punishment that we delivered to Black Temple in the last 24 hours.

After taking care of Najentus, which we viewed as our only cockblock until gorefiend, we proceeded to clear up through Akama, 1 shotting him several hours later.  Coming back the next day, with plenty of faces who had never seen gorefiend, as well as faces who hadn't even seen Black Temple, we walked up to Gorefiend and 1 shot him.  Questioning our gear at this point, we decided to advance to ROS to see if we had the DPS to down him despite the fact we had 0 gear from BT or MH.  5 pulls later, ROS was dead, with only 24 people.

I don't know how many guilds, including reroll ones, can walk into BT and 1 shot bosses like gorefiend, but I am for one was extremely proud to be a part of it.
